TCC officers detained clergymen of the Pokrovsky monastery of the UOC in Kharkiv

Representatives of the territorial staffing center (TSC) in Kharkiv detained a hieromonk and a novice of the Pokrovskyy monastery of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The incident has caused a wide resonance among believers, who call for prayerful support for the detainees.

According to the UOJ information resource, the detainees were Hieromonk Daniel and novice Vadim. According to information from the believers, the clergyman and the novice were taken away by representatives of the military commission, which eyewitnesses regard as illegal actions. At the moment, the Orthodox community calls for prayers for the cleric and novice of the Pokrovsky monastery.

We shall remind you that on February 11, 2026 in Chernivtsi there was an incident with the participation of employees of the Territorial Manning Center (TMC), who tried to detain Bishop of Ivano-Frankivsk Nikita (Storozhuk) of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC).
