In Ternopil region TCC officers detained a teacher of Pochaev Theological Seminary

In Ternopil region, representatives of the territorial recruitment center detained Priest Ihor Kovalyuk, a teacher of Pochaev Theological Seminary and cleric of the seminary church. The incident occurred when the cleric was on his way to a rural area to fulfill his pastoral duties.

According to information published by the Telegram channel “Pershiy Kozatskyy”, the priest was detained on his way to the village of Volitsa, where he was supposed to perform a requiem service. At the moment it is reported that the detainee is at the location of the Ternopil TCC. The faithful and representatives of the seminary express deep concern and call for prayerful support for the priest.

Earlier in Kyiv, employees of the Territorial Completion Center (TCC) detained Archimandrite Raphael (Mosunov), a teacher of the Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary (KDAiS).
