The SEFC published the statutory documents of the UOC

The State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience published a number of statutory documents of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and official correspondence.

“Given the resonance and relevance of issues of Ukrainian Orthodoxy, as well as significant public interest, the SEFS publishes the key statutory documents of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the accompanying correspondence,” the SEFS website reports.

The civil service, in particular, published:

– Charter on the management of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of May 27, 2022;

– Letter of the Patriarch of Moscow Alexy II of October 27, 1990;

– letter of the State Investigative Committee dated 02.07.2022 No. 809/11-09/22 on the updated Statute on the administration of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church as amended on 27 May 2022 with an attachment;

– the answer of the Primate of the UOC dated September 28, 2022 No. 0838 in response to the letter from the SEFS;

– Charter of the Kyiv Metropolis of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
