The Primate of the Polish Church expressed hope for the destruction of evil in Ukraine

His Beatitude Metropolitan Savva of Warsaw and All Poland hopes that by the power of God in Ukraine the evil that destroys the Church will be defeated. The Primate of the Polish Orthodox Church wrote about this in a letter to His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of his enthronement, Pravlife reports.

«The enemy of faith does not like church stability, he tries to destroy it,» says the message of Metropolitan Savva. — What happened in Ukraine clearly testifies to this. However, the power of God is great, it is invincible. We deeply believe that the evil that destroys the Divine church organism will be destroyed by Christ, the Conqueror of death and hell. We pray for this to the Chief Shepherd, our Savior.»

Greeting the Patriarch with a memorable date, the Primate of the Polish Church wished His Holiness «plenty of God’s help in carrying the First Holy Cross, health and all good.»
