Prayers for peace in Ukraine are performed in the Bulgarian Church

With the blessing of the Bishop of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Seraphim of Nevrokop, in the central churches of the diocese entrusted to his care, prayers are performed for the end of the war and the restoration of peace in Ukraine, as well as in support of the monastic brethren of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Prayers are served before Great Vespers on March 27 and 28, 2023, Pravlife writes.

In addition, these days, Metropolitan Seraphim leads the prayer service for peace in Ukraine in the Khadzhidimovsky monastery of the Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious in front of the holy relics of the venerable fathers of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

The bishop urged everyone who has the opportunity to take part in the service.
