Rector of the Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary: Religious confrontation is beneficial only to the enemies of Ukraine

Ukraine now, during the war, definitely does not need religious confrontation within, because it is beneficial only to the enemies of our state. The rector of the Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary, Archbishop Sylvester of Belogorodsk, spoke about this in his interview with Greek journalists, the Information and Education Department of the UOC reports.

“I am sure that in the situation that is developing in the religious field in Ukraine, only the enemies of Ukraine win. We know the gospel phrase: “A house that is divided in itself will not stand.” And it is obvious that some forces want to divide Ukraine as much as possible from within,” Archbishop Sylvester said.
