OCU activists, being in a guarded bus, "transferred" the temple of the UOC to the OCU

In the Kirovograd region, activists illegally transferred the church of St. George the Victorious to the jurisdiction of the OCU, locking themselves in a bus, the YouTube channel of the Diocese of Alexandria reports.
Representatives of the OCU organized an illegal meeting of the territorial community in the local House of Culture with invited journalists who were supposed to film this process. They stated that in the village all the inhabitants want to transfer the temple to the OCU. At the same time, representatives of the religious community of the UOC, which owns the temple and is against the transition, gathered about 150 people for prayer standing near the House of Culture. For the first time, believers saw women activists and OCU “deacon” Oleg Don, who arrived to decide the fate of their temple. The priests of the UOC and the lawyer tried to reason with the unknown people who organized the meeting. They said that such a vote had no legal force, that the meeting should be held by the religious community together with the rector of the Church of St. George.
However, the OCU activists called the police with a statement that the believers were not allowed to enter the voting premises, and complained that “the believers were singing.”
Further, the representatives of the OCU locked themselves in the bus, where they were collecting signatures. The bus was guarded by the police, the believers of the UOC were not allowed inside. And the police and activists pushed the UOC priest out of the bus and tore off the cross from him.
After some time, Oleg Don announced that the collection of signatures was completed and the Church of St. George the Victorious in Priyutovka was transferred to the Kropyvnytskiy diocese of the OCU. He also announced that a new charter for the religious community had been approved.
