The court ordered the religious community of the UOC to return the St. Nicholas Cathedral in Kremenets to the state

On June 15, 2023, the Economic Court of the Ternopil Region decided to return the St. Nicholas Cathedral with cells of the 16th-17th centuries. with a total area of 1,756.0 sq. m. in the city of Kremenets Kremenets-Pochaev State Historical and Architectural Reserve. “The court satisfied the claim of the Kremenets-Pochaev Reserve and ordered the religious community of the parish of St. Nicholas of the UOC to remove obstacles to the use of state property and return it to the reserve,” the ministry’s website says.
