Warfare in Ukraine affected 236 UOC churches

According to statistics from the Religion on Fire project team, 236 UOC churches are known to have been destroyed or damaged because of the war.

It is noted that a total of 462 religious shrines have been destroyed or damaged since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, of which:

UOC — 236;
OCU — 36;
UGCC and RCC — 12;
Protestant — 142;
Muslim — 7;
Jewish — 15;
Spiritual educational institutions — 6;
Other religions — 8.
