The SSEF reported the re-registration of 367 UOC congregations to the OCU

The State Service of Ukraine on Ethno-politics and Freedom of Conscience reported that for the period from January 1 to October 1, 2023, 367 religious communities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church were re-registered in the OCU. This is reported by the Information and Education Department of the UOC.

«According to the regional, Kyiv city state administrations (military administrations), the total number of religious communities that changed subordination and transferred from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine for the period from 01.01.2023 to 01.10.2023, is 367 religious communities», — stated in the message.

We shall remind you that earlier the head of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Epiphany Dumenko, said that sooner or later all Orthodox Ukrainians will become members of his structure — whether they want it or not.
