British media drew attention to the blocking of Ukrainian church Internet resources

The British publication Express has published an article with information about persecution and the upcoming ban on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The journalists drew attention to the blocking of Ukrainian church media covering the topic of state-church relations in Ukraine. British colleagues link this fact of limiting the freedom of the church press with the upcoming adoption in the Ukrainian Parliament of Law No. 8371, aimed at banning the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
«Only last month the Ukrainian authorities blocked access to a number of websites publishing information about developments in the UOC. According to local media reports, by order of the Security Service of Ukraine in Ukraine closed access to sites covering the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, such as the Synodal Information and Education Department of the UOC (news.church.ua), the Union of Orthodox Journalists, «Orthodox Life» and «Raskolam.net» (raskolam.net)», — said in the report.
We will remind, the editorial office of Raskolam.net began to receive reports that the site stopped opening on the territory of Ukraine. As a result of the check, it turned out that Ukrainian Internet providers block the domain name Raskolam.net, thus limiting the access of users to our Internet resource.
