The right-wing radical organization “Brotherhood” held a “prayer meeting” in the Lavra's Refectory Church

The head of the right-wing radical nationalist group Brotherhood, Dmytro Korchynskyi, said that on November 4, 2024, the organization held a “prayer meeting” in the Refectory Church of the Holy Dormition Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. During the event, the organization’s fighters were awarded medals. Korchinsky wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“Prayer meeting of the Brotherhood in the Lavra, during which our fighters were awarded medals of the Ministry of Defense for participation in recent battles,” — Korchinsky wrote.

We will remind, recently Dmitry Korchinsky said that the law banning the Ukrainian Orthodox Church will not lead to serious changes, so it is necessary to involve “active public” in the seizure of the Church’s property. Korchinsky admitted that the organization he leads has repeatedly participated in the seizure of UOC churches, and therefore the radicals have experience in this area, which they can share if necessary.
