“Union of Orthodox Journalists to sue SSU over illegal blocking of website

“The Union of Orthodox Journalists is filing a lawsuit against the Security Service of Ukraine. The publication disagrees with the decision of the agency to block the UOJ website again, which took place for the fifth time in the last two years. This is reported by the UOJ.

“We will defend the right to freedom of speech and oppose the arbitrariness that deprives millions of people of access to objective information,” – the editorial board said.

We recall that on January 10, 2025, the State Service for Special Communications once again issued an order to electronic communication service providers to block the UOJ website in Ukraine. It is reported that, as before, the resource was blocked at the request of the SSU and without explanation. This was reported by the Union of Orthodox Journalists.
