Consideration of the case on liquidation of the Kyiv Metropolitan Church of the UOC postponed

The consideration of the case on the liquidation of the Kiev Metropolitanate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) has been postponed indefinitely. The reason for this decision was the absence of necessary case materials in the court of first instance.
According to UOC lawyer Archpriest Mykita Chekman, the case materials were transferred to the administrative cassation court, which is a court of appeal. In this regard, further consideration of the case in the current court became impossible.
«The court was postponed for an unclear time until the case materials will not return, » — commented on the situation Archpriest Chekman, expressing gratitude to all for attention and prayers.
We will remind, the Eastern Economic Court of Appeal on December 9 left without satisfaction the appeal of the hierarch of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Metropolitan of Kremenchug and Luben Mykola on the case of re-registration of the Holy Trinity religious community of the UOC of the city of Kremenchug to the PCU.
