The hearing in the case involving the Upper Lavra in Kyiv has been postponed again

The Northern Economic Court of Appeals of Kyiv has decided to postpone the hearings in the Upper Lavra case. The next hearing, which was scheduled for October 15, 2026, has been postponed.

At this time, a new date for the hearing has already been set: the proceedings will resume on October 20 at 3:00 p.m. The court did not disclose the official reasons for the postponement.

It should be recalled that the monastery’s attorneys had previously appealed to the public and the faithful for support ahead of the new court proceedings, which remain of great significance to all parties involved in the case.
