Epiphany showed Blinken the Tomos

The Secretary of State of the United States of America Anthony Blinken, as part of his visit to Ukraine, visited the St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery, according to the website of the OCU.

“A short-term but informative meeting, given the short and rich program of Mr. Blinken’s visit,” the OCU press service said in a statement.

The “metropolitan” Epiphany expressed gratitude to the American side “for firm support to Ukraine in the context of countering external challenges that our state continues to confront, as well as in matters of protecting freedom of conscience in the territories occupied by Russia – In Crimea and Donbas”. He noted “the importance of the outstanding efforts of the United States on the issue of consolidating international support for Ukraine and increasing sanctions pressure and restraining the Russian Federation to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine.”
