Police investigates the forgery of documents in the OCU at the request of the cleric of the UOC-KP

On May 19, 2021, following a claim by the head of the UOC-KP community in the town of Klavdievo-Tarasovo, Kyiv region, Sergei Struk, the Borodyanka police department managed to open criminal proceedings for forging documents by the priest of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Ivan Dziuba and his supporters. Sergei Struk himself announced this on his Facebook page.
“I hope that everyone who contributed to this raider lawlessness will be brought to justice,” wrote a representative of the UOC-KP.
“I am also adding an excerpt from the register of ownership of real estate, which was provided by Ivan Dzyuba to the court and on the basis of which the court made an illegal decision to evict me from the parish house and return the keys to the headman of the newly formed OCU community. This Statement on the second page is clearly stated. That the basis for granting ownership to the OCU community was the Act on the Commissioning of the Completed Construction of the Above Objects, which was made on December 26, 2008. Whether such a document can legally be obtained in 2008, judge for yourself,” the UOC KP cleric told the story of raider actions structure of Epiphany.
