In Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, an obstacle was removed on the way to the “transitions” of religious communities to the OCU

In the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration on March 1, 2023, he was appointed to the position of a state registrar with experience in the field of law and relevant qualification requirements. Media agency ACC reports about it.

“After passing the appropriate approval procedure at the Ministry of Justice, the appointed state registrar will perform all relevant functions,” the publication says.

It is known that in the Chernivtsi region there was an obstacle on the way to the “transitions” of the religious communities of the region to the OCU.

“The whole problem was that the person who held the position of the state registrar was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, state registration of religious organizations was carried out in the region only in terms of registering new statutes by orders of the RMA, however, no changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, ”the message says.
