The court postponed the consideration of the case on the suit of the Ministry of Culture against Lavra

On the Telegram page of the lawyer Nikita Chekman, a message appeared that on June 5, 2023, the next preparatory court hearing was held in the premises of the Economic Court of Kiev on the claim of the National Reserve against the Monastery of the Holy Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

The monastery does not recognize the claims and considers them unfounded. Currently, preparatory proceedings are taking place and all evidence in the case is being collected with a view to a full and comprehensive trial.

At the request of the Monastery, the court adjourned the preparatory hearing to July 6, 2023.
