Judge refuses to announce the full text of the decision on the case of Metropolitan Pavel

The judge of the Solomensky district court of Kiev Victoria Zhovnovatyuk refuses to announce and provide the defense side with the full text of the ruling, which was applied detention of Metropolitan Pavel. This was reported by the lawyer Nikita Chekman.

The announcement of the full text was to take place today at 16:00.

According to lawyer Oleg Povalyaev, Judge Zhovnovatyuk “closed in her office (probably stamping the ruling). The lawyer is waiting under the door. We hope to wait for the announcement of the full text”.
