On July 20, 2023, the court decided to postpone the consideration of the case on the eviction of monks from the Lavra to August 9, 2023, 15:00. This is reported by the Telegram channel First Kazatsky.

“The postponement is due to the fact that simultaneously with the trial on the Lavra is appointed interrogation of the vicar of the monastery, which should be his lawyers,” – stated in the message.

It is noted that it is not the first time that the meeting in the court “coincides” on the date with the appointment of the interrogation by SSU investigators. Although this is exhausting and prevents to prepare for the hearing, the lawyers so far have time everywhere.
