Oleksandr Drabinko: If the UOC is banned, the judicial system will drown in legal red tape

Metropolitan of the OCU Oleksandr Drabinko said in an interview with the ALPHA MEDIA channel that banning the UOC will lead to big problems in Ukraine’s judicial system.

Hierarch noted that it is impossible to ban the UOC because it does not have the status of a legal entity. The status of a legal entity has the Kiev Metropolitanate, monasteries, parishes, dioceses.

«So, if each of these parishes starts proving that it is not the Moscow Patriarchate in court, the judicial system will drown in this legal red tape», — Drabinko emphasized.
