We start the next session of the Rada with the bill on the ban of the UOC, - MP Goncharenko

An MP of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the European Solidarity party, Oleksiy Honcharenko, has said that the next parliamentary session will start with the consideration of draft law No 8371 aimed at banning the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. However, Goncharenko could not say in what exact numbers this will happen. About this he wrote in his Telegram-channel.

“The next session of the Rada we start with the bill on the ban of the Moscow church. On the dates there is no information yet, but it will not be in July. “Servants of the people” want to review this bill again, they have a proposal for two amendments. The committee will review them and then bring the bill to a vote. And the next meeting will begin with this very bill,” — wrote Goncharenko.

We will remind, earlier the speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk said that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be able to meet next time when the scandalous bill № 8371, aimed at banning the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, will be finalized. The official pointed out that so far there were still not enough votes in parliament to ban the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
