New dates of court hearings in Metropolitan Arseny's case announced

The press service of the Holy Dormition Sviatohirsk Lavra announced the dates of the next hearings in the criminal case brought against the hierarch of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Arseny of Sviatohirsk. The meetings are scheduled for March. This is reported on the website of the Sviatohirsk Larva.

It is reported that the online meeting of the Dnipro Court of Appeal in Kryvyi Rih scheduled for Wednesday did not take place for technical reasons. Therefore, the consideration of appeals filed by the Metropolitan’s defense lawyers against the ruling of the Slavic Court of January 30 to extend the preventive measure in the form of detention until March 30 is to continue on Monday, March 3. The session starts at 14:00. Also, due to technical problems, the next preparatory online meeting of the Sloviansk City District Court, which was scheduled for February 27, did not take place. The next hearing is scheduled for March 11 at 13:00.
