The AOC criticized the legislative initiatives of the Ukrainian authorities to ban the UOC and expressed support for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in a period of difficult trials. In the Hellenic Church announced the meetings of the Holy Synod
The Greek Orthodox Church has scheduled a meeting of the Holy Synod. The event will be held on May 6, 2025. It is reported by Romfea.gr.
“The Permanent Holy Synod of the Church of Greece of the 168th Synodal Period will meet on Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7, 2025, to consider the issues on the agenda,” – the statement says.
