The information came from an official statement by Biden’s representatives, which journalists received via email. Several media outlets reported this, including The Wall Street Journal.

The diagnosis was made on Friday. According to doctors, the cancer is aggressive but considered treatable. Currently, Biden’s family is exploring possible treatment options.
