Georgian Patriarch congratulates Primate of UOC on Name Day

The Primate of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II of All Georgia, congratulated His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy of Kyiv and All Ukraine on his name day. The patriarch wished the Primate of the UOC health and all kinds of blessings. This was reported by the UOC Information and Education Department.

“Your Beatitude! Please accept our sincere congratulations on your name day. Through the prayers of your heavenly patron, St. Onuphry the Great, may the Lord send you good health, spiritual strength and strength for further selfless service to God and the people,” — His Holiness said in his welcoming speech.

Earlier, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy was also congratulated on the Day of the Patron Saint by the Primate of the Polish Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Sawa of Warsaw and All Poland.
