In Kyiv, TRC employees subjected a protodeacon of the UOC to forced mobilization

In the capital of Ukraine, employees of the Territorial Manning Center (TMC) detained a cleric of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. on October 16, 2025, Protodeacon Andrey Kizyun was detained in Kiev and taken to a military unit after an accelerated military medical commission.

According to “SPJ”, information about the incident came from mobilized priest Ioan Polischuk. According to him, the military medical commission (MPC) for the clergyman was organized in a short time. It is alleged that the protodeacon was “escorted through the doctors under escort”, after which the conclusion was issued and he was immediately sent to the disposal of the military.
