TCC employees in Dnipro subjected a UOC priest to forced mobilization

In Dnipro on 17 January, employees of the territorial manning center (TMC) detained a cleric of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC), a clergyman of the St. Dukhov monastery, Father Andrey Ilman. According to available information, the priest is currently being held in a distribution center and is preparing to be sent to the front.

According to «First Cossack», the incident occurred when the cleric of the Dnipropetrovsk diocese of the UOC was on his way to a church service and was detained near his home. After the detention, Father Andrew was taken to one of the distribution centers. Subscribers to the sources of information claim that preparations are underway to send him to the front.

In connection with the situation, believers in Dnipro call for increased prayers for the detained cleric of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Father Andrei Ilman.

Archpriest Serhiy Savievsky, rector of two rural parishes, was sent to a training ground after passing a military medical commission.
