The Supreme Court will consider the petition filed by the Korets Women's Monastery

The State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience (DESS) has officially announced the date of the court hearing in Case No. 855/2/26, concerning a petition filed by the Holy Trinity Stavropegial Convent of the Moscow Patriarchate in Korets. According to the official website of the DESS, the relevant decision was made by the Administrative Court of Cassation, which is part of the Supreme Court.

According to the court’s ruling of August 19, 2026, the subject of the review will be the convent’s petition for clarification of the Supreme Court’s ruling of June 3, 2026, within the framework of these administrative proceedings. A public hearing is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
