The meeting of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church started

On May 27, 2022, a meeting of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church began in the hall at the Danilov Monastery in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Patriarchate.

The session of the Synod is headed by Patriarch Kirill.

Earlier it was reported that on this day the UOC convened a Local Council.
