The last church of the UOC was "transferred" in Vorzel

On July 30, 2023 in the settlement of Vorzel, Kyiv region, a territorial meeting was held, at which it was decided to transfer the last church of the UOC in honor of Peter and Paul to the OCU, according to the Facebook page of Bucha city Council.

In favor of the transition voted 599 people out of 604 present, only 5 people were against.

The UOC community in Vorzel itself remained loyal to Blessed Onufry. UOC priest Ivan Tokarchuk wrote: «It was a meeting of the territorial community. The religious community of the Petropavlivskyi parish remained in the UOC.»
