Earlier we reported that in the city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, another church was taken away from the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in favor of the OCU. It is a church in honor of the Holy Great Martyr Panteleimon. According to media reports, the church was taken away from the UOC religious community by court order. Mykola Hopainych, a chaplain of the OCU, was in charge of the procedure.
OCU seizes two more UOC churches in Bila Tserkva

On March 28, 2025, supporters of the OCU, in the presence of the police and unidentified youths, raided two churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Bila Tserkva (Kyiv region). We are talking about the city churches in honor of the Nativity of Christ and St. Blessed Xenia of St. Petersburg. This was reported by the press service of the Bila Tserkva Eparchy of the UOC.
According to the Bila Tserkva Eparchy of the UOC, the seizure took place according to the usual, rehearsed scenario. After the end of the curfew, the OCU clerics, in the presence of the police and young athletic men, damaged the locks of the front doors and entered the said churches.
