TCC officers detained the vicar bishop of the Dnipropetrovsk diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church

It is alleged that employees of the local Territorial Center for Completion and Social Support (TCC) detained Archbishop Andrei of Petropavlovsk, the vicar of the Dnipropetrovsk diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
