According to Komsomolskaya Pravda, Trump made the statement on friendship with the Jewish people on Saturday, March 7. He noted that although there were anti-Semites in the US Congress in the past, times have changed. However, he said, even today there are people in the government who do not support his policies toward Jews, but he has his own opinion on the matter. “I will always serve the Jewish people,” the source quoted Trump as saying.
Earlier, the US President also touched upon the issue of conflict resolution in the Middle East, demanding Iran’s unconditional surrender. Trump said that after this and the election of an “acceptable leader,” Washington would actively promote “taking Tehran back from the brink of destruction.” In his opinion, such an approach will make the Islamic Republic “better and stronger”, as well as positively affect its economic development.
