The OCU sent a letter to the Phanar with proposals to defrock the Head of the Russian Orthodox Church

The head of the OCU “metropolitan” Epiphany Dumenko sent a letter to the Phanar about “bringing the Russian Patriarch Kirill to canonical responsibility and depriving him of the Patriarchal throne for spreading heretical ethnophyletic teachings based on the ideology of the “Russian world”, providing a “blessing” to Russian troops for the war in Ukraine, which continues to cause destruction and numerous victims, as well as for provoking schism in the Church, in particular through the creation of “dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church” on the canonical territory of the Patriarchate of Alexandria.”

The letter was written and approved by the OCU earlier.

It is also reported that copies will be sent not only to the Phanar, but also to the Primates of the Local Churches.
