The head of the SSU, Vasily Malyuk, in an interview with interfax.com.ua said that the authorities had deprived 19 clergymen of the UOC of Ukrainian citizenship.

According to him, the special service opened criminal proceedings against 61 clergymen, and «the courts have already handed down 7 sentences against individual clerics who sided with the enemy.»
