On May 22, 2023, a huge number of believers came to support Bishop Longin and express their «disagreement with lawlessness about his summons for interrogation.» The Telegram channel Shepherd & Flock writes about this with reference to the press service of the Chernivtsi diocese of the UOC.

While armed law enforcement officers in helmets and with shields stood in front of the building of the Chernivtsi police department, the military handed out summonses to the army to believers.
