UOC Church Seized in Bila Tserkva

On May 26, the Saints Peter and Paul Church of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Bila Tserkva was seized. A group affiliated with the OCU arrived at the site early in the morning, immediately after the end of curfew. This was reported by the Dozor channel on «Pershyi Kozatskyi.»
It is known that the locks were cut off, and the intruders took over the building. The operation was carried out swiftly and discreetly, without public notification or legal grounds.
When UOC parishioners arrived at the church, they found themselves locked out: new locks had been installed on the doors.
At present, church services in the building are not possible. There has been no official response from the police or local authorities.
It was also previously reported that on May 30, 2025, in the village of Zabolottia in Chernivtsi region, the Church of St. Elias of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was forcibly seized. According to eyewitnesses, a group of OCU representatives — including the well-known controversial “chaplain” Roman Hryshchuk and other clergy with activists — stormed the church premises with the support of law enforcement.
