In Ternopil, a dispute over a spot for begging near the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Cathedral ended in a bloody brawl

In the center of Ternopil, near the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, a serious altercation broke out between two homeless men, resulting in a violent brawl and serious injuries to one of the men. According to the website 0352.ua, the incident was triggered by a trivial argument over a spot to collect alms.
The argument quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. As a result of the clash, one of the homeless men sustained serious bodily injuries: witnesses noted a large bruise on his head, and medical personnel suspect the victim may have a broken jaw.
