Claw me, and I will claw thee.
The head of the American Archdiocese of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, Archbishop Elpidophor, praised the religiosity of US President Joe Biden:
“President Biden has a genuine respect for religions. His religious feelings are true and not on display.”
The question arises: does the Phanar bishop mean that Biden’s aggressive policy regarding the promotion of abortion is a manifestation of sincere religious feelings and beliefs?
Either Biden has some kind of perverse manifestation of religiosity, or Elpidophor is thus simply currying favor with the American president. Or both.
