In the Legal Department of the UOC explained how one can join the bail for Metropolitan Pavel

July 19, 2023 The Legal Department of the UOC explained the procedure for making a bail for Metropolitan Pavel, the vicar of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, the Information and Education Department of the UOC reported.

The department emphasized that the pledge can be made by an individual — the pledgor, who contributes funds in his own name.

«Can not be made by legal entities of state or communal ownership or such, which are financed from the local, state budget, the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, or in the authorized capital of which there is a share of state, communal ownership or which belongs to a business entity owned by the state or communal ownership», — stated in the message.

It is also noted that the pledge is made in the national monetary unit.
