Earlier, the head of the Lviv regional administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, said that there were no more religious communities in the Lviv region that were part of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Kozitsky called on other regions to follow the example of the Lviv region in this matter.
"Whoever is not with OCU is for aggressor": head of Rivne regional council expects complete ban on UOC

The head of the Rivne Regional Council, Andriy Karaush, said that the regional authorities expect a complete ban on the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, as 446 religious communities of the UOC still operate in the region. Karaush believes that when the anti-church law No. 3894 comes into full force, the residents of the region will have to decide whether they are with the OCU or the “aggressor church.” He said this in a commentary to the regional publication Rivne Vechirne.
“In four months, a special commission will start working at the state level to establish the affiliation of the community with Russia. After that, the courts will decide to ban their activities. If we talk about the appeals that the regional council accepted, it was a position. We wanted to convey to everyone that the Rivne region is uncompromising in its position that our enemy is the one who helps our enemy. Every resident of the Rivne region will have a choice: either they support the aggressor’s church or they support Ukraine and the Ukrainian church,” — said the chairman of the council.
