Head of OCU meets with Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Ukraine

On April 3, 2025, the head of the OCU, Epiphany Dumenko, held a meeting with the ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Ukraine, Antonio Gazzanti Pugliese di Cotrone. During the event, a number of issues related to cooperation between the OCU and the Sovereign Order of Malta were considered. In addition, Dumenko called on the ambassador of the Order of Malta to influence European countries in order to strengthen support for Ukraine in the war with Russia. This is reported by the official website of the organization.

“Everyone understands that Putin has no intention of stopping – his goal is not just to seize Ukraine, but to spread this evil throughout Europe. This is now particularly felt by the Baltic States and Poland. Therefore, support for Ukraine should be even more decisive in order to prevent the aggressor from implementing his criminal plans. Russian propaganda is trying to distort the events in Ukraine, in particular their terrible crimes in Bucha, but we know the truth and must testify to it before the whole world, and the truth will definitely win”, – Dumenko said.

We will remind, the head of the UGCC Svyatoslav Shevchuk believes that Ukraine needs to abandon peace negotiations with Russia. According to Shevchuk, the format of peace imposed on Ukraine behind its back is unacceptable and unfair.
