We shall remind you that earlier we reported that the Kremenets District Prosecutor’s Office of Ternopil region filed a lawsuit in the Economic Court, demanding to cancel the registration decisions, as a result of which the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (All Saints Church) of the UOC on the territory of the monastery cemetery in Pochaev was registered in the ownership of Pochaev Holy Dormition Lavra. The supervisory body insists that the church, which is an architectural monument of national importance, should be in state ownership.
