In Volodymyr-Volynskyi, TRC officials forcibly mobilized a deacon of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church

In Vladimir-Volynsk, officers from the Regional Recruitment Center (TRC) forcibly detained Oleg Rudnichok, a deacon at the Uspensky Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. According to the Telegram channel “First Cossack, the incident occurred right at the clergyman’s workplace.

According to the information received, representatives of the Volyn Regional TRC forcibly placed the cleric in a minibus without first checking his documents. Father Oleg was subsequently taken to the local recruitment center to undergo a military medical examination.

As a reminder, on September 11, 2026, reported that TRC officers had detained Archpriest Alexy Mikitenko, the rector of the Church of the Holy Martyrs Theodore and Anastasia in the city of Alexandria.
