Earlier, we reported that the United Nations published the final report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, which points out the inconsistency of the norms of the scandalous law No. 3894, aimed at banning the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, with international law. Checking of UOC for ties with Russia will begin soon, - MP Poturaev

Ukrainian MP and chairman of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, Nikita Poturaev, said that the implementation of Law No. 3894, aimed at banning the activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, will begin in the near future. According to the deputy, the State Service for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience has already developed the necessary regulations, which are currently being reviewed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Poturaev said this in a comment to Glavkom.
“All the regulations are in the Cabinet of Ministers, almost everything has been agreed upon, but the final decision has not been made because there is one act that the Ministry of Finance still seems to be looking at closely. This caused a delay of about a month, but it’s not important. As soon as the last moments are resolved, since other issues have been agreed upon, the Cabinet of Ministers will vote for the regulation, and the State Service for Ethnic Policy will have all the levers at its disposal,” — Poturaiev explained.
